Goode discusses agriculture with state and local leaders

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

GOODE DISCUSSES AGRICULTURE WITH STATE AND LOCAL LEADERS: State Sen. Greg Goode (R-Terre Haute, right) discusses issues facing Indiana farmers with Director of the Indiana State Department of Agriculture Don Lamb (left) Wednesday, Sept. 9. During the event, Goode discussed topics important to Hoosier farmers and how the General Assembly has worked in recent years to ease the burden on the agriculture industry.

"The agriculture industry contributes more than $35 billion each year to our state's economy, and I believe it's important to ensure Hoosier farmers have the most up-to-date information available," Goode said. "I'd like to thank Director Lamb for visiting the Wabash Valley, and Marty Evans and his family for graciously hosting the discussion."
